Community Mennonite Church of Lancaster (PA) is seeking an Administrative pastor (.75-1.0 FTE) to complete its 5-person staff. CMCL is a welcoming congregation, formed in 1985, located in the city of Lancaster, and affiliated with the Atlantic Coast conference. The Administrative Pastor shares preaching and congregational care with our Congregational Care pastor, but focuses on overall administrative structure and strategic support of the congregational programs.
